Refund policy
AM LUXE does not accept returns. However, we will replace defective or damaged products.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can make it right as quickly as possible.
To be eligible for a replacement product:
1. You must contact us within seven days of delivery.
2. Please email us at hello@amluxecandles.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item, shipping box, packaging and shipping label.
